Wind-powered cars. Really.

A short paragraph accompanies this clip at its home on YouTube: “On the small Danish island of Bornholm, a coalition of governments, universities and industries are working on an innovative pilot program the EDISON Project — that could provide some unique technical insights to help answer that question by using wind power to recharge electric vehicles.”

    I could see this beginning to spread out via semi-closed communities — university campuses, beach resorts, — that they could take themselves off the grid when possible and generate their own.
