>I have opened the Sitemeter link (that little green-and-white square near the top of the sidebar) so readers can see the stats. Just because. If you’re curious, I get on average about 30 visits (and 40 page views) a day, mostly from people who were searching for something via google, and around 200 per week.
Recurring search topics: FKK (nudist) areas in Innsbruck (all from Italy, oddly), “(stereo)typical Austrian”, racism in the 1920s, Gerhard Aba, photos of the Hungerburgbahn. All but the first are topics I have written about. The FKK people come here because of one post about manufactured furor over a nude crucifix on the Stadtsbrücke.
All in all I am impressed. Other bloggers tell me they get hits from people looking for weird porn.

"You seem to get around on topics -- as I recall, pretty much everything from local resistance to Nazis to now green roofs. That's what I like about your blog -- if you find it interesting, important, or amusing, you blog about it and your personality, as far as I can tell, really comes through. Great job. — And the pictures are just awesome. "
